I have been a member of many mastermind and support groups. They often suggest or even require reading but there is no accountability or structure to experience the book study. Each month we will have a book assigned and each week chapters scheduled to complete one book per month. There will be an area on the forum for the book discussion.

What if I’ve already read the book? Read it again and only the chapters as assigned. This keeps us all on the same page. And I’ve never read a book 2, 3, or 4 times that I didn’t learn something new especially when being open to another perspective. Even if we don’t change intentionally, in time we do change, thereby how we experience the book often changes.

The books I’ve selected are all books I’ve read and have helped me on my Sober Freedom journey. They will be books from self-help, spirituality, strategy, habits, empowerment, neuroscience, quantum physics, mindset and more.

Every Friday join us in the online forum to answer the top three questions and add any additional comments, ask questions, reply to other posts to gain insight, support, and understanding.
