She Is LIVE and She is Me!

Welcome to the real me. Welcome to the aligned me.
Welcome to TeresaRodden.com.

Something’s changed…
But the truth is, nothing has.

I’ve always done this work—from the heart, with fierce love for women ready to reclaim themselves. But I was speaking a language that didn’t fit. A language built around sobriety, recovery, addiction, alcohol—words I never use in my personal life, even though I haven’t had a drink in over 22 years.

Because I’ve always known…

It was never about the alcohol.
It was always about the woman.

The Blessing of Time and Clarity

I didn’t know how to message the work I was here to do. But the women I was meant to serve found me anyway. Over the last 15 years, these women have been my teachers. They’ve shown me what I couldn’t yet name.

After taking time away and even exploring traditional recovery models for deeper understanding, the answer came into focus. And it was crystal clear:

Healing isn’t just about what we stop.
It’s about who we choose to become.

The Problem Isn’t Alcohol.

It’s That Her Light Is Dimming.

We’ve been taught to treat alcohol like the problem—as if removing it solves everything. But the real issue is deeper.

Her light is fading.
Emotionally, spiritually, psychologically.

So, she reaches for anything that dulls the ache—wine, food, gossip, TV, forbidden flirting, overspending, numbing routines. She’s not broken. She’s trying to survive.

What About Sobriety?

This isn’t an attack on 12-step programs. If it’s working for you, keep going. But if your soul is whispering “this isn’t it”—you’re not alone.

Because too often, recovery models measure abstinence, not aliveness.
They ask how long you’ve gone without drinking, not how deeply you’ve reconnected with yourself.

That’s the gap I’m here to fill.

The Truth About Women in Their Prime

The women I serve are in their prime, not past it.
Mid-40s, 50s, 60s, even 70s.

They’ve raised families, built careers, led communities, survived storms—and they’re not done yet.

They carry deep wisdom, hidden vitality, and a longing to feel alive again.

When they reclaim their light, they:

  • Explore who they are beyond the roles they’ve played
  • Tap into forgotten passions
  • Travel, write books, lead nonprofits, become coaches, dance again

They stop trying to fit into the world.
They create new worlds instead.

From Numb to Alive

This work isn’t about perfection or erasing the past.
It’s about choosing yourself—now.

It’s about refusing to play small, letting go of what dims you, and stepping fully into the brilliant, beautiful woman you are becoming.

At the end of the day, she doesn’t need every moment to be perfect.
She just needs to know:
She lived. She loved. She lit up her corner of the world.

This Is Sovereignty, Not Sobriety

The message is clear now:

This isn’t about sobriety. It’s about sovereignty.
It’s not about abstaining from life—it’s about fully living it.
It’s about women writing their own stories, holding their own pens, and becoming the authors of their lives.

When women love themselves back to light,
They don’t just change their lives…
They illuminate the world.

My Mission

To reignite the light within women in their prime.
To guide women from numbness to aliveness.
From survival to sovereignty.
From quiet longing to unapologetic joy.

The world doesn’t need more women who shrink.
It needs more women who shine.
